Shipment Cost with Item category - Item not created because service agent TV not in reference document

Hi all,

When i am going to create the shipment cost document, the following error has come,

1. Item not created because service agent TF not in reference document

2. Item not created because service agent TV not in reference document

Also, it's not captured on the shipment cost item category.

Please help on this

Hi

This is because you have not configured the shipment cost item categories correctly. Check in T_56 that which item categories you have assigned and which partner functions you have assigned to item categories.

Go to tender tab in shipment and enter Actual amount
