IDOC ccBPM related messages not deleted

Hello Guys,

I have old messages on PI which were related to ccBPM. No archiving is needed

In SXMSPMAST all field has correct status - ready for deletion:

MSGSTATE - 3

ITFACTION - DEL

adapt_stat - 6

But still messages are visible in SXMB_MONI. Only idocs are visible, proxy (async) are deleted correctly.

Job for deletion are scheduled. Messages not related to BPM are deleted in correct manner.

What steps should be undertaken?

Should I schedule RSWWWIDE first to delete work item or not? Any other ideas?

For others facing the same issue

I tried with scheduling RSWWWIDE and it helped. Job deleted messages just after this.

Hello Angel,

There is a standard report available to delete the messages in Moni -

RSXMB_DELETE_MESSAGES

You can use the above report to delete the messages.

Can you check in the transaction SXMB_Moni_BPE whether the BPM process are still running or any issues in that processes?

BPMs are completed. No errors.
