Uploading viz extension to Lumira server not working issue

Hi,

I've got an issue about installing extensions on Lumira server.

When I need to upload an extension file to server through CMC -> Applications -> SAP Lumira -> Extensions, I'm able to select a zip file, click upload, and the system would warn me for replacing an existing extension.

However, even if I clicked OK, the list of extensions still appears empty,

and the document I uploaded on the server still can't be opened due to missing extension.

Can anybody help me with this issue? Thanks a lot.

Hi Mark,

Please could you ask your question in the SAP internal JAM group called Lumira (under BIPedia) ?

Also please provide BIP and LS4BIp version information

And does it happen with the extension samples or 'another' extension?  (in case it's specific to this .zip)
