SSB - Solution Quotation Approval workflow

Hi,

We are implementing SSB and I have a requirement to add an approval workflow when some changes to the contract are being made. So my solution contract will have change processes at item level like:

• Item Renewal
• Change of Product
• Item Termination
• Cancel Last Change Process

My initial idea is to include the approval workflow in the Solution Quotation level, since as per process flow all changes in the Sol contract will trigger the creation of new Solution Quotations (Change).

Is there any standard workflow approval functionality for Solution quotes like we have in Standard CRM Sales Quotations??

I am confident that the right place to do it is in the solution quote, but any other idea on how to include an approval process for changes in the contract is also appreciated.

Hi Pablo,

I am not very familiar with the workflow you are refering to.

Out of the box there is no special integration of workflow for solution quotations.

As the transaction category BUS2000115 (like for sales transactions) is assigned to solution quotations maybe their integration could be reused in a way.
