Lumira and BI Launchpad - Connectivity Issue

Hello,

When I open a SAP Lumira Storyboard in SAP BI Launchpad, I am asked to authenticate with SAP HANA.  I have not been able to find a document that will allow me to bypass this authentication.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Lumira Desktop = Version:  1.28.5  Build:  83

SAP BI Platform = 4.1 SP 5 (Version:  14.1.5.1501)

LumiraServer is running in CMC.

Hi Scott,

In order to bypass the authentication, you will need to configure SAML authentication on BI4 and HANA.  The documentation for this is available in the BI4 administration guide and respective HANA guides.  Search on SCN and you will find material as well.
