BO Technical monitoring using Solution Manager 7.1

Dear All,

Currently we configured BO  4.1 system on solution manger 7.1 for Technical Monitoring.

We found a issue on enabled state of services present on  BO application.

consider webintelligenceprocessing server which is running on BO application and its monitored by Solman.

but the enabled state of the server will be red on solman if its enabled on BO application, if i disable the server then the solman enabled state turns green.

Please find the attachment when state of webintelligenceprocessing server is enabled.

Is any one faced the same issue while configuring technical monitoring.

Issue solved

This metric will rated 'red' if the BO server status is enabled. this does not indicate a problem but is technically required to produce a correct availability rating.
