How to create a User in the Netweaver through Web Services call?

Could you please anyone let me know that how can i create a user in the netweaver with the help of web services and also how could i identify the exact web services url for this?

Hi Vigneshwaran,

I assume you need to create a user for SAP ME as you asked in SAP Manufacturing space. For SAP ME, please, try CreateUser request under manufacturing-erpservices/ErpUserService?wsdl

Should you need to create a user for Netweaver only, please, ask the question in Netweaver Administration forum.
