Data Source Issue

Hi Lumira Community,

I work on the Inbound team at SAP.  I had a customer call in with a Lumira issue.

He is currently using the Standard Desktop version of Lumira, version 1.29.  Previously, the data source of his visualization was an Excel spreadsheet on a Sharepoint.  However, the file was accidentally moved and when he realized this, he moved the file back, but the Lumira presentation now fails to load with no error.  It simply continues to spin and spin.

Any guidance or follow-up questions would be greatly appreciated.

He should be able to update the datasource under File > Connections - see screen shot below:

I also noticed that another user had the source file open.  When they closed it, he had no issue opening the visualization.  Is it safe to say that if the source is shared, and another user is currently using it, that Lumira will fail to open it?

Hi Chris - I haven't experienced that myself; that said, my spreadsheets are usually not open when I use them in Lumira
