Database Generation: generates PK, AK but no Index

I am using PD 16.5 SP04 (64 Bit) and using Oracle Version 11g DBMS resource file.

In the options when i select "Create primary key" and /or "create Alternate Key", then in the Index section the Index Filter for Primary Key and Alternate key get unchecked. If i check them then the creation of PK / AK gets unchecked. Is that normal?

Hi,

The reason is that Oracle creates the key indexes automatically when it creates a key constraint.

This is controlled by a setting in the definition file:

For PK => ::Script\Objects\PKey\PkAutoIndex

For AK => ::Script\Objects\Key\UniqConstAutoIndex
