Missing trip numbers in between sequence

Hi All,

There are few trip numbers missing in between the number range sequence in travel request. Example the last used trip number as per the system is 10012110, however i cannot find numbers from 10012107 to 10012109 in the system, screen shot attached. Kindly let me know the reason for this missing numbers & is there any report to find them.

Hi Sandy,

as Sigi suggested,

1. please can you create a trip 1 expenses --- number 1000-- make a note of the number

2. created another trip 2 expenses --- number 1001-- make a note of the number

3. now check the trip numbers

4. now delete trip 1 expenses which is number 1000

5. now create trip 3 expenses & check the trip number --- it might be 10002 & not 1000 i believe

Hi Sandy,

if you delete a trip the trip number is gone forever.

(The data is deleted from all data tables, so no posibility to check history on this)
