In MDG-Customer, we have used a sub workflow to trigger an user decision step after the activation of change request and creation of a followup CR.
Previously the agent is hard coded by having a position assigned it in the step. Screenshot attached.
The requirement is to make it dynamic user agent selection based on Company code and sales area of the customer. I thought of using a Rule in place of Position in the agent tab. I am bit new to this.
Could you please help me how to do this to get the values of change request (comp code and sales area) and to design the rule.
Need a direction to go ahead.
