Launchpad getting hang and login issue

Hi Team,

i have configured fiori launchpad and configured few slandered apps, but when i am clicking on any app launchpad getting hang with gray screen.

and when i am doing refresh it is working fine, and after that working fine. please let me know how to solve it.

i want my launchpad should get authenticated with users, currently it is not asking for username or password and getting login with default user which i have created in system.

Hi Anjani;

When the screen is getting stuck please check the browser console to find out the errors relevant to this.

Share the error if you find anything here.

have you maintained some user id password in the sicf service Ushell becuase of which it is logging in without asking for user id and password. Please check that and change it to get the authentication.

it was authorization issue..After upgrading patches all component back to default state.

so you need to reactivate it along with authorization.

Could you please elaborate further by what you mean "reactivate it along with authorization"?

- What needs to be reactivated using what authorization?

no i have not mentioned any user id and password in ushell.

/UI2/INTEROP/$batch 403 (Forbidden) - means authorization error - check ST01 traces for this.

check /IWFND/ERROR_LOG  tcode to find more details about the error.

Clear your browser cache and open the laucnhpad. or open it in inprivate mode. It should ask for user id password.
