Pass through scenario with no mapping 7.4 dual stack

HI experts,

i have interface File to SFTP pass through scenario with out message mapping.

1.can we achieve this with out message mapping if yes can you please provide any related doc and links

2.i read so many blogs without integration repository we can achieve this scenario if you have any required doc can you provide.

Yes Sruthi,

You can create it without bypassing ESR too ( it is not recommended as you can achieve it without ESR with dummy interface, saving time and space)

How to do with ESR -

create  1 Data Type and 1 Mesg type, Create Outbound Service Interface and Inbound Service Interface and use the same msg type in both of them.

Now no need to create mapping, use these 2 SI in ICO and your scenario will work.

You only need to use a dummy service interface to do your scenario, you can follow this example SAPTechnical.COM - File-to-File Scenario without creating Repository Objects, i know it is abut an old PI release but the configuration is similar, also you can do it with the ICO object.
