How to restrict/Disable the delete in Transport Organizer in Development : Request for a particular USER

you can disable the delete authorization for the user in role. Deselect the activity 06 for the auth_object S_TRANSPORT. This may not delete icon but user wont be able to delete the transport.

I have tried by using the sap_all in the in the role given in the template and exactly as you said above.but able to delete the TR request.

Is there any other way to do it.

There is no option in SAP to give SAP_ALL and then restrict by some authorization.

You have to remove SAP_ALL from the user and then assign only required authorization by using roles/profiles.
