There's nothing built in, no. But you can use the standard Javascript Date object to get millisecond resolution time stamps at the start and end of a script, if that's what you are interested in.
If you are using Persons 3, sp02 you can use the new analytics feature to record this timing data for later analysis too, I guess.
Is that the sort of performance monitoring you are talking about?
