If user is not able to login through GUI and database is running and up & status is mount. In that condition what should to do.?

first check GUI application connection proprieties ( IP , SID , Instance number )
you can check login with the same user ID from another machine
you should be sure that the user not locked ( SU01 )
you should be sure that the user not actually login ( SM04 )

1.In this above condition you have to login to your SIDADM and
Execute cmd with administrator privilege
navigate to the profile directory
and execute dpmon pf=instance profile name.
you will see all work process check whether is it on HOLD state if it is in hold state kill / restart the wp
2.If problem still persists open your instance profile from notepad or notepad+ and check
login/disable_password_logon=2
if it is in 2 user logon is not possible via gui ,you have to change to 0
Make sure you have backup of profile parameter files before you change the value.
