Create multiple files from one source message

Hi Gurus,

I need to create multiple files from one source message. PFB my source and target message and please confirm if I can split Target_DT into multiple messages to create multiple files?

Please note I have sorted the source data based on CODE and now I need to generate one file for each unique code to same receiver.
