Note 1880837:liveCache COM routine ended with own error code 59

Note 1880837 is successfully implemented in our system. But still i could see the same error

LiveCache COM routine ended with own error code 59 in my deployment log. Can anyone help me on this 😞

Yes the consistency check solves the bug.

But i need to understand why even after implementing notes , we get the same issue?

That something you need to approach SAP.

Basically your log or details of your inconsistency will give you a heads up what causes the issue.

Its Livecache error , its quite hard to say the root cause unless making a deep dive in it as its the most complex living room of complex & dynamic algorithm.

as far as my knowledge the error could be due to some Master data (PDS) validity issue.

Hi,

Run Livecache inconsistency check and look at the logs .

Before executing it make sure

  User activities have been stopped by locking the users

  Released background jobs do not start during the consistency

  check

  All CIF activities have been stopped.

If any planned order got created with date which is greater than its PDS validity date then do the following.

Extend the PDS valid from date an year past and in future

OR

Delete all the planned orders and run the SNP Optimized/Heuristics again.
