Restricting BC Sets Exports

HI Experts:

I have been asked to figure out a way of restricting all BC sets exports from the system. So, essentially users would have full access to work/create/modify/copy BC sets. However, the users are not to have access to physically export the BC sets from the system.

Now, I was able to find the appropriate profiles for BC sets, but I am not sure if something like this is possible.

Hi Imran,

Remove the activity 61 from the S_BCSETS authorization object in the roles containing SCPR3 Tcode.This would restict the users from exporting the BC Sets

**Reward points accordingly

HI Junaid:

I found 6 roles that had the transaction SCPR3:

SAPCRM_MENUE

SAP_BCS_ADMIN

SAP_BCS_CREAT

SAP_BCS_VALID

SAP_BC_CUS_CUSTOMIZER

SAP_WP_ISA_ADMINISTRATOR

Only SAP_BC_CUS_CUSTOMIZER has the activity 61 available to select/deselect, however it is not under the authorization object S_BCSET but rather under the authorization object S_TABU_RFC
