SAP webgui its hang after

Hello friends,

We are facing issue in webgui . We are able to login webgui. but login is blank and icons inactive mode.

ECC version :EHP7 FOR SAP ERP 6.0

Kernel 742 patch level 300

Are you able to run a transaction code from command field in WEBGUI?

And please add the parameter ~webgui_simple_toolbar in the appropriate services in SICF

and set the value 366 to the parameter ~webgui_simple_toolbar and perform a new test.

Note:

2 : Displaying the title line

4 : Displaying the buttons [Exit] and [Help]

8 : Displaying the active system buttons on the screen (for example, [Back] and [Cancel])*

32 : Displaying the application buttons

64 : Displaying the main menu button (new)

256 : Deactivating the the status bar

A HTTPWATCH trace may also be helpful to analyze the issue. So please attach the HTTPWATCH trace if parameter ~webgui_simple_toolbar is not working.

Have you enabled the appropriate services in SICF? And does your user have appropriate roles assigned? Are you seeing any error messages, or any related messages or short dumps in SM21 or ST22?
