Clear stock in interim bin 922

Dear Experts ,

I have stock

storage type  storage location   QTY  Plant          BIN

922                1001                    +102    P001      Transfert

922                1002                     -102    P001      Transfert

both the stock are due to wrong  posting by users

and i want to clear both the stock from system

there is no open TO for both the stock

Please advise how to clear both the stock in 922

Hi

Check txn LU04 as you should have a open PCN that you need to process.

stock were hanging in different bin did LT10 999mvt to respective -ve bins now all ok

Hi

Did you first check LU04 to make sure there wasn't an open PCN ?

If there is, you will not be able to onward process it now has you have manually cleared the stocks via LT10/999.

Hi Raj,

Could you please use the tCode LT01 and movement type 999 to post the positive quant into negative quant which would nullify the stock?

Please choose positive quant as Source and negative quant as destination to post this movement.

still can do it ?

+v stock in sloc1

-ve stock in sloc2

and i want to make zero stock

Hi Raj,

Could you please try to perform transfer posting to move the stock with positive quantity to sloc2. So that, you can try to perform LT01/999 movement type after that.

If above solution doesn't help, then you need to perform physical inventory process to clear this stock.
