How to Fax/E-mail FI Dunning Letters

Hi All,

I am working on Dunning Letters Smartform. I need some information how to fax/E-mail the dunning letters. As FI forms doesnot have output type to setup for fax or E-mail. Please give me your ideas.

Thanks for the replies. I have seen some code written in the standard program for sending an email as well for fax. I havn't done it, i think i just need to turn the indicator in the program. NACE cannot be used because there are no output types for FI.

For sending the form printout as fax u have to go to tcode NACT and go to appropriate application and choose the correct output type that triggers the smartform output.

in the processing routine u have to add Fax as medium.

The fax number will be taken from customer master directly

I have done this one earlier to sending Email .

I Copied sap Standard Program into ZPROGRAM and used FM SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 in ZProgram.

Try to use OB96 Transaction to get Print Program and Layout.
