Administrative Role-Based Permissions function missing

I follow up my training material " Administrative Role-Based Permissions on a Functional Level" step by step, found that I don't have the functions for a selected repository under Functions Tab in Admin level in MDM Console, e.g. the functions for Describe Repository, Maintain Regions, Maintain Connection, Maintain Repository Setting, Synchronize Slave....Refresh Calculated Fields which I can choose whether "Execute" or "None". So , the question is why I don't have administrative Role-Based Permissions function in my MDM console for a repository?

Please help me to solve this problem. Thanks!

Is your training material referring to MDM 5.5 SP05? There is added security functionality that is implemented in SP05 that you will not be able to do in SP04 and earlier.
