Different sales organisation in one plant

Hi experts,

we have one plant in EWM. One sales org assigend to this plant in ERP, so in delivery note printed in EWM, footline is based on this sales org.

Now another sales org is delivering from this plant (via intercompany business)...so also footline for example should show data from this different sales org.

How to handle this? Maybe I'm blind, but didn't find a solution until now.

Thanks

Michael

Hi,

in EWM we can able to maintain the sales org as a BP with ID type 'CRM010' along with ERP identification & responsible institution ( logical system ).

May be this BP can fulfill your requirement.

Hi C K Reddy,

just checked my business partners - I have none with ID type CRM010.

So first I need to CIF the sales organisations I think?

Is there a step by step instruction or something like that?

Thanks

It is not possible transfer the sales org through CIF. it is required create it manually in EWM.

Hi C K Reddy,

okay, can create a new BP, linked to CRM010...what will be the next step to have this partner then in the delivery when coming from ERP?

Thanks

Hi,

check with your technical consultant about printout, where you need to get this new sales org also if delivery happens through.

in the output logic system should identify the new sales org.

Got it!

after creating BP, assigning CRM010...the corresponding BP will automatically be added to the delivery when coming from ERP.

With that, I can handle now the printouts (have to do everything on my own).

Thanks a lot for the hint with the BP!
