hi dhaval,

Can you take a snapshot of health check?

Your profile parameters ztta/diag_area OR em/global_area_MB is low.

Hi, Sushant,

I just want to know that is there any way to change color of top bule bar in sap screen persona 3.0?

Thanks & Regards,

Its in our backlog to add changing blue bar color through themes.

Meanwhile, there is also a way to do it using scripting. I will put that in a KB article and post the link here soon.

dhaval,

sorry but I am not creating an article for this as it will make things look ugly.

I would recommend you to rather wait for proper solution as i dont think it can be a big requirement by anyone for any reason.

Anyways, here is one sample which you can use in onload script:

var pBtnContainer = document.getElementsByClassName('personasBtnContainer');

pBtnContainer[0].style.borderTop = "6px solid #D93600";

var pButton = document.querySelector("#personasBtn");

pButton.style.backgroundColor = "#D93600";

Again, not recommended!!

Hi Dhaval,

did you install a service pack with higher kernel recommendation before? I had this issue a while ago after installing a service pack which needed a higher sap kernel than we had installed. Please check if your kernel meets the requirements of your actual personas installation.

Hi Dhaval,

i don't have permission to open your link. Could you please upload the image here?

The current official requirements are:

Screen Personas 3.0 SP01 -> Kernel 7.42 PL200   (i personally recommend PL210 or higher because i had several issues with PL200 on SP01)

Screen Personas 3.0 SP02 -> Kernel 7.42 PL300

Please check if you meet the requirements.

Hi Dhaval,

please check sap note SAP Note: 2222773 for current relevant notes for sp02. Especially check if you implemented sap note 2222774 which contains the most up to date client sources for sp02.

I had this problem with personas 3.0 sp0 so i'm not sure which is the right one for you.

Christoph

Hi Dhaval,

the next thing i could think of is your browser version. Normally chrome works fine on the most up-to-date version (currently 47.0.2526.106). Did you check if any other browser works for you? I always get different results in different browsers, e.g. i didn't ever face that issue in IE though it didn't work in chrome (just once, i'm back to chrome now ).

Did you run the health check in the personas admin transaction?

Regards,

Christoph
