Refresh Disable in BILaunchpad

Hi All,

I have created a Lumira document on UNX universe using the Universe Query Panel extension.

when I publish the report in BILaundpad i am not able to refresh the report, its greyed out.

Tried with diffrent browser (crome,IE9) no success.

UNX Universe SQL server 2012.

both 32 and 64 bit ODBC present on server.

Schedule is working for the lumira report.

BI4.1 SP6

Lumira Client 1.28.5

Add on on BI server 1.28.3

I am able to publish the report in BILaunchapd from Lumira client

Edit and refresh is disabled in BILaunchpad.

Edit and refresh is working in Lumira Client.

I logged in with administrator in Lumira Client and BILaunchpad.

All the server(connection ,*32,APS) are running restarting SIA didnt help.

No security modification on Administrator or Everyone group.

Is your Lumira document published to Lumira Samples folder?  Refresh and Edit is disabled for this folder.

Hi Harjeet,

There is no security on the newly created Lumira Sample  Folder, i tried all the workflow with Administrator, also checked inhereted rights on folder report and everyone on Top level folder.

Can you just create a new folder in BI launchpad and publish your story there.  You can't edit the rights on the Lumira Samples folder that gets created during the install of LS4BIP.

See if updating to Lumira Desktop 1.29.3 and Lumira Server for BIP 1.29 will resolve th eissue.

Hi Ludek,

I can try that but i though edit\refresh should work in 1.28.
