S4HANA and Syclo

Hi all,

Does anybody know how S4HANA (1511) will impact the Syclo applications like Work Manager or Inventory Manager?

The products have not yet been certified to run against S4/HANA.  That effort is in progress and once complete we will have a better idea of what if any impact there is.

Does anyone know if there is an update to the status of certification against S4/HANA?  I checked PAM and all the install/config guides and there is no mention of HANA in any of them.

I know the last version of SAP Inventory Manager supports S4HANA backend.

thanks for the response -- it seems the docs have been updated and the install guide does reference S4/HANA 1511

Hi Fernando,
The SAP Scylo applications interact with the ABAP components while S4 HANA is more to do with change of DB platform and reducing the redundant storage of data in multiple tables. So this shouldn't impact the functionality.

Better to check with SAP support for any implication  of S4/HANA ( 1511)  on Work Manager or Inventory Manager products.
