BSP Error after changing the processor of an incident

Hello together,

Unfortunately the system dumps with a BSP error after changing the processor of an incident.

Does anyone have an idea why this happens?!

Hi Lucas,

What is the version of your solman .Was it working properly before or this is a new implementation

Could you check below note if applicable ,also if there is any dump in ST22 please attach the dump file

Thanks for your quick reply.

I cannot say whether the system was running porperly before. We had this BSP error once we saved a new incident and then changed the status. But somehow it disappeard. Now we face this issue when we change the processor. Comparable to this post:

I assume that it won't help us to implement note 2059079. At least we can give it a try but I think it wont work...

Our Sol.Man. version: 710 SP13

We have recorded a dump in ST22 but this seems to be related to another issue, not this BSP error.
