RTP Interface not picking up weekdays

Former Member

Hi,

I have an RTP interface that uses a single component with the following breakup:

Summer weekday on peak

Summer weekday Off peak

Summer weekend

Winter weekday on peak

Winter weekday off peak

Winter weekend

The calendar is set to differentiate weekdays and weekends

While billing the account for a summer month, only the summer weekend value is calculated. All weekday values are missing.

All the RTP component sections are activated. The RTP analysis of the bill indicates that the input profile is not considered for weekdays.

What could be the issue? Please help.

Hi,

Open the RTP Interface and check whether the Input parameters (specifically for the profile) of the Summer Weekday is Green.

If Not then either give the profile or role or fixed value for the same.

If Yes then check if profile:whether any value is maintained or not,if role: check profile allocation , if Fixed Value: it should have worked.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

Rakesh..

Hi Rakesh,

Thank you for the reply.

I checked all the above, and confirmed all are in place.

The interface does not work still.

Thanks,

Hi All,

We resolved this issue using advice of EDM experts.

The issue was that the component stated above defines two on-peaks and two off-peaks within the same RTP component, and the time of use periods for the on and off peak were overlapping eachother. (Weekday and weekends have overlapping time-of-use )

It worked when we defined a different component to include only one on-peak and off-peak per component - so a seperate component for weekday and weekend in this case.

Thanks
