Risk Terminator Notification

Hi, All

I am configuring Risk Terminator Notification in AC 10.1 SP11

But, Risk Terminator Notification is not working
.

I have configured below steps

1. GRC Configuration Parameters Settings 1080-1088

2. Plug-In System

2-1) Maintain User Exits for Plug-In systems

2-2) Configuration Parameters Settings 1000-1003, 1081-1088

3. Risk ID Ower has a valid e-mail(GRC T-code: SU01)

4. of course, I configured RFC Destination

but still, I couldn't receive any email. (T-code: SCOT)

And I already read [Risk Terminator document on SNC]

Am I missing any configuration?

what are the settings for 1081 - 1088? Can you please share them so that we can see the current configuration.

On top of that did you try to stop the generation of a role / role assigment? Does that work? Or is the issue only with the mail notification? Then you need to check SCOT and as well if the document that is used for the notification template exists and is activated.

there is the issue only with mail notification.

it stops profile generation when the role is built to include two conflicting transactions

thus, the only problem is risk id owner couldn't receive the notification.

and I have a question

Q1. Where can I check the document that is used for the notification template

and the notification template is a default thing?

It my current configuration.

1. GRC System

2. Plug-in System > configuration settings

2.1 Plug-in System > User Exits for Plug-In Systems

3. and then I want to receive the notification because the role is built to include two conflicting transactions

so, I log on to plug-in system> PFCG, then made the role(zterminator_test1)

4. The role has Risk ID: P003

5. I could  role generation, because parameters 1085 is set to No

(para 1085- stop the role generation if violation exist)

6. Risk ID: P003 > Risk Owners - CWILSON

7. CWILSON has his E-mail address.

Please share your inputs on my current configuration.

Hello,

check document GRAC_RISK_TERMINATOR is SE61 / SE63 (translations). Make sure the document is active and translated to the language you are using.

until now, I haven't solved the problem.

as you said, I checked document [GRAC_RISK_TERMINATOR]

but It was fine.

Is there anything else something I should check?
