Hi Tak,
I doubt Former Member will respond, also the issue dates 4 years: you might want to consider creating a new question next time.
What's your issue? The thread contains two:
Q: Install component with <sid>adm user not implemented?
A: Most components require the root user for installation.
Q: hdblcmgui: Unable to initialize GTK+?
A: A graphical tool requires a graphical environment. By default, SAP HANA appliances (or cloud VMs) come without X Window Systems and there are many good reasons to keep it this way. Use hdblcm (command line) instead.

Hi Ramesh,
Make sure to follow instructions on guide attached to 2009879 - SAP HANA Guidelines for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Operating System
There may be some pre-reqs that you haven't configured.
The second error looks like you haven't exported your display correctly. There's various ways to do this. xMing and putty works well. But the first error seems to indicate you've got passed that point.

Ramesh,
Did you look at the PDF attached to the note? Scroll to the bottom and open the attachment, if you haven't done so.
The title is :

Document Version: 1.0 – 2015-11-27
Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.x Configuration Guide for SAP HANA
I would suspect you are running into something that can be fixed pretty easy if you follow the install guide. If you are already doing this, then please reply with what document you are following.
