Hello all,

the inspection characteristic does not show, when I go to clear the lot. In routing the characteristics are assigned to the operations, still the charac. does not show.

Hello,

Thanks to all.

The issue is like that, there is date problem. The inspection lot we are going to clear is showing the date before Routing change date. Hence, it does not show the chars. The changed routing is effective now. But my second question is, whether the two routings affect the inspection lot chars?

Hello Jeevan,

If you have two Routings according to validity of the routing system will pick in to the inspection lot

you can see the Routing Group and counter with validity in QA02 with respect to the inspection lot

Dear,

Yes, if your MIC and ROUTING has valid dates falls in bet ween.

If you have a version for your MIC, while assigning to the operation of routing assign MIC with respect to version and make sure that valid from date of your routing and the MIC should be with in validity period.

Hi Jeevan,

First create a Characteristic in CT04 and select the radio button as entry required and then create a MIc with referrence to characterstic and then mark go to attributes and check whether the Required character is ticked.

Check the Inspection plan and Date also in the specification tab in the QM lot.

Thanks

Subhrant

Hi Jeevan,

Please check if the MIC's assigned to the routing are "Required" or "Non-Required/Optional" [MIC's are "Non-Required" means 11th position value for QPMK-STEUERKZ from left, is not "X"]. Functionally, you can display MIC => control indicator details and can see what radio button is selected against any of these MIC's.

In Routing, if they are 'Required', then they are displayed for result recording with initial MIC status as "1". Whatever are the result recorded for these MIC's, that value will be passed on to QA11. If they are 'Non-Required', then they will be displayed for result recording with initial MIC status as "0". Even if the results are recorded, I think these values will not be pushed to QA11, which might be the case for you.

Thanks,

Arijit
