Hello dcd

Please refer to chapter 7 "Administration" of SAP GUI for Java's

documentation. You can find the documentation e.g. file name "manual.htm"

in subfolder "doc" of your SAP GUI for Java installation.

Creating the configuration files necessary for SAP GUI for Java

in order to connect to a backend is covered in chapter 7 of the

documentation for SAP GUI for Java. Please read it and create the

necessary files according to it.

And you need to configue the files from menu "File" -> "Preferences" -> "Configuration"

in SAPGUI for JAVA.

Best regards,

Liang

Hi dcd,

in SAP GUI Java you have to work with Connection String like this

conn=/H/applserver/S/3200

Please change applserver to your application server name or IP
