Product XXX not serialized

Hi Experts,

I'm having this error Product XXX not serialized in Inbound delivery & Inbound delivery notification(Im using Serialization requirement at Inventory Level). I've referred another post but still not working for me. Appreciate your help. Thanks!

I've done following settings.

1) Product master have set Serial no. Profile (Z008).

2) Created Serial No. profile in EWM and ECC

3) Using SN Dec. WM and selected Q for queued and Serialized

Hi Jasvin,

please try the process with a new created product - I would guess, that you've run the process with a product that had no serialization requirement profile before.

Thanks for your reply, created with new product and it works. Any ideas why it doesn't work for existing product with no serialization requirement profile before?

Hi Jasvin,

there is a EWM table to store the Serial number requirement during the first GR posting (to avoid inconsistencies) - therefore you have to use different products, if you want to test different behaviours/numbering etc.

Hi Jasvin,

Check the serial number profile , which created with EWM relevant 'or' not.

Here is the path in ERP .
