Error in Tab merging in SAP Screen personas 3.0 SP01

Hi,

We have a requirement to merge certain mandatory fields from different tabs in purchase order creation wherein we have been receiving a back end error and not able to proceed further. Would be helpful if some light is thrown to resolve error.

System Configuration is as follows:

SAP Screen Personas 3.0 SP01

Kernal 742 Patch Level 200

Have also executed Z report created as per the attachment as specified in note: 0002051455 SAP Screen Personas 3.0 : Screen and Control Overwrite Entries

Having required fields in tabs that are to be merged will cause problems. I'd recommend reading the following KB article regarding this: TabMerging and blocking input validation - SAP Imagineering - SCN Wiki

Furthermore, kernel patch level 200 has some known issues influencing tab merging, so it'd be advisable to upgrade the kernel patch to 300 which is the recommended PL according to master note 2175479. The error message you are getting is likely a consequence of the problem with PL 200.
