OS details in SAP screen other than RZ20 & ST06

Hi Experts,

I have a doubt.

In SAP we can find the OS details in ST06 and RZ20 like below.

ST06

RZ20

My question is other than these two places, is there any other place that we can find the OS details such as the folder list etc from the SAP screen itself ??

Hi Prvaveen.

1. To view the SAP directories  folder list - AL11.

2. To view the OS details use the transaction code ST06N(In place of ST06)

It is showing that transaction ST06N does not exists....

Hi Praveen,

ST06 is the older version of ST06N.

If you wish to execute OS comamnd from SAP you can achieve this by

Run the report RSBDCOS0 in SE38 and give the command in text field.

Executes OS Command (Logged in SYSLOG and Trace Files)

Hi all,

I also found out SM69 and SM49. In that all the commands entered in both tcodes are already predefined or can we add manually ??

Hi

SM49 and SM69 are one n the same and used for execution of external command.

You can create your own command with pre-defined one.
