SAP Lumira question ?

Hi,

Does anyone have any work around to publish a lumira document with a extension to BO launchpad.

HI Abhi,

from 1.29 LS 4 BIP supports lumira extensions.. You can upload extensions to BI platform..

please refer to admin guide.

I can upgrade my lumira to 1.29 without any issues.

NO Abhi, I was talking about Lumer server for BI admin guide on how to upload extensions into Platform..

please note  lumira desktop and lumira server should be on same level.

Thanks Shailendar.. I did tried today and was able to see the extension uploader in CMC. I will try to upload and publish to BO launchpad.

Hi Abhi

• you can upload the extension from CMC home -> Application -> SAP Lumira -> Extensions -> upload extensions

• if you upload a DA extension, you need to restart Lumira Server service from CMC.

• once it is restarted, you can refresh the document and document shall fetch the latest data.

• if your DA extension is for offline data source like excel or csv and you have placed it in local repository then in case you need to place those files in BOE server side at same location. this is behavior for offline local resources.
