BPO Analytics

Hello All,

I have created solution and have setup monitoring objects as well. I got alerts as well. I have setup dashboards as well and they are working fine.

Now the problem is, I am not able to find my solution in ANALYTICS.

I go to SAP Workcenter -> Business Process Monitoring (NEW) -> Analytics. I have select Apply Time Frame. but I am not able to find my solution in Analytics.

Please let me know what is the issue.

You mentioned you can see data in BPO dashboard. Which data source do you use ?

BPMon Alert Table ?

I assume, if Analytics does not offer any data, I guess your BPO dashboard not using a data source from Analytics. And just using BPMon data...

On Analytics behavior, there are several points you can check.

1)Do you configure Analytics at BPMon setup (under the logical component ?)

2)Do you configure your connector instance (Analytics data source)

3)Does your MDX RFC connection work ? (Please check MDX connection at T-CD SM59 TCP/IP)

4)Do you have authorization to your solution ?

5)Do you see data in BP Analytics Cube ? (You can check cube data via T-CD listcube.
  <If you use twincube use “0SM_BPAMA". If normal cube is used “0SM_BPMRH")
