Inspection type 3 does not create inspection lot

Hi all

I assign in material master the inspection type 3 as you can see on the picture:

I create an inspection plan and do not know, what to assign in field usage:

Maybe I have to say first what my goal is. When I create a production order CO01, then it should create an inspection lot for the production order too.

Dear Anujit,

Inspection type 03 is a in process inspection i.e. once you release the production order then system will generate the inspection lot..

for the inproces inspection system will refer the Routing instead of Inspection plan.. so if you want to maintain the MIC to check against this inspection lot then maintain in the Routing
