Field Selection for Quality Notification Simplified View

Hi,

I am looking for option to restrict fields for quality notification simplified view. how can i do it? I have seen the setting but that is related to extended views.

I need this for internal notification generated during defects recording. I want to make partner function as mandatory in that popup. please advise.

Anand this is not what I am looking. for internal notification approval is not required. I want to make partner mandatory on simplified view which popup while defects recording in QA32.

Hello Cristina,

I spent enough time in search of a solution, but could not arrive at. But few useful inputs to share:

• User-exit QQMA0014 does not trigger for this Notification Saving, so this can not work.
• It seems that the solution can be through implicit enhancement point in PBO module of screen 400 of program SAPLIPAR. (For making the field DIIPHA-I_IPARNR mandatory)
• Another option is to look into implicit enhancement points in program SAPLQFFE.

May be your ABAPer will be able to achieve this.

Have you tried VOP2 for making Partner function mandatory?

Also have a look at tcode OQM4. Perhaps your fields are available here.

Yes I have already made it mandatory in both tcodes, on creating notification through QM01 it is mandatory but when I am doing defects recording in QA32, it is creating the notification automatically based on my defect class... there it is giving a popup and asking for some information (Code, Priority and partner) for notification. Here I want to make partner as mandatory to trigger workflow.
