Transfer Work Order for Assignment Type : Header Level Work Center

Hello Experts,

We are using SAP Work Manager version 6.2.1 .

We are using assignment type : Header Level Work Center for both notification and work orders.

When we transfer work orders from one work center to another. A pop-up comes which asking for transfering work center.

But when we are transmitting;

We get the error : Referenced partner VW 00000000 is not equal to Assigned partner VW ..

Any helps would be appreciated.

Hi Gokhan,

Please try to apply SAP note 2141223 to see whether the issue can be solved or not.

2141223 - Transfer Work order feature should support multiple personnel number assignment scenario for assignment tyoe '1'

Hello Charlie,

This note didn't help us at all since we use assignment type "8" instead of "1".

What we have done is; we saw that, on the class /SYCLO/CL_PM_WORKORDER_DO it should work fine because there is a correct method on the class for related assignment type which is TRANSFER_DO.

But we are using SAP WM 6.2.1 with customer service component so the class that works for us is /SYCLO/CL_CS_SERVICEORDER_DO . And in this class the method is TRANSFER_WO_VIA_PERS_RESP.

So we have enhanced this class and add TRANSFER_DO method.

Now it works fine.

So I am closing the thread.
