Could you please let me know how objects are transported from one environment to another in HCI.
Is there any document I can refer to?

There is no Transport Mechanism in SAP HCI-PI as of now.
You need to download/Export the Integration content [ WEB UI ] from Dev environment and later it needs to be imported into your Test or Prod environment.

As far as I know there is no transports in HCI.
Guess each object need to developed in individual environments.
