Multiple rule id assigining to users

Hi Experts,

I am new to GRC.

Could you please tell me how to assign multiple Rule ID's to single user, right now we are adding one by one risk ID to same user.

Please do help me as we have more than 1000 Rule Id to add for multiple users and its a real time taking process.

Hi Rule ID Numbers will be generated based on associated Risk ID.

Ex. user is having risk S001 and your report is showing 50 Rule IDs under that Risk than those Rule IDs will start with S001XXX.

Mitigate user by putting Rule ID as "S001*" and it will fix the issue.

This way user will be mitigated for entire risk.
