Task manager shows multiplie jstart.exe files and making the system slow

Hi Team,

In one of my development server the memory utilization is getting very high because in the windows task manager I can see three instances of jstart.exe files and one file is consuming around 7.5 gb of ram and the other one is consuming 7gb of ram , so around total 14.5 gb of RAM had been utilized out of my 16 GB of RAM.

Server details : Windows 2008 , R2 datacenter.

SAP MII application version  : 14.0  SP5 Patch 15

I am attaching the necessary snapshots , so if anyone can help for same, kindly check the attachment as memory utilization .

Need to know one more thing , that is this issue is related to hos file agent.
