Routine for Subtotal1-Subtotal2

Hi,

Is there any standard routine which will calculate difference between Subtotal1&Subtotal2

The ultimate aim is i have two positive condition types.

I want to find the difference between two condition types through routine.Is there anything available in standard.If so please let me know.
