Data integration - No response after import job for Master data,KF or Time profile

Hi All,

We are in IBP5 (cloud). In data integration,  import jobs not working. After selecting Master data element and entering file name and other information, just black bar appears at the right side (See attached screen shot). No job logs (either failure or success).

I noticed, sometimes data successfully loaded (verified in Excel UI) even though no logs shown. But most of the times data loads failed but no message/log.

Please share how to fix this issue.

Hi Niranjan,

From the screen shot, I feel issue needs to be checked from the backend. So I suggest to submit OSS message.
