Zero delivery priority in Sale order

Hi All,

In sale order >  Item level >  delivery priority, is showing as zero. At the time of sale order creation it is not zero. After automatic rescheduling process T Code: V_V2,it is going to zero. How system making delivery priority as zero.


In customer master delivery priority is not maintained.

Please help.

Is it for all document types / customers or only for selected?  Nevertheless, the issue reported by you not seems to be a standard issue but because of some customization.  For more information on how V_V2 works, have a look at the following note:-

My Firend,

In Sales Order the Delivery Priority comes from Customer master- Sales Area- Shipping , so if you have not mentioned that in your customer master then it will be blank in SO.

Kindly check in OVSD tcode whether the delivery priorities has been created or not.

And then update the Customer master and again create the sales order to check the delivery priority in items.

Hi Parag,

Thank you very much for your reply.

When a Sale order created in SAP or from web, ship service level popup will be displayed, user need to select the option, based on option selection pricing condition will fetch, user can't skip this option.

T Code v_v2 will be executed automatically to confirm quantity.
