Hello experts
"Sales org unit does not have these attributes"
This is the error we are getting while creating service order, we maintained allmost all the settings
in ppoma_crm and attribute tab to trigger org data in service contract document
Division of product inserted in service contract is same as determined in sales document level.
but we fail to succeed.
Request you to provide the solution ASAP.

This error is usually caused by missing customizing in PPOMA_CRM. You need to make sure that the following attributes are maintained:
IS_ORGMAN_WRK-SALES_ORG_RESP_SHORT
LS_CRM_ORGMAN_6_TUPLE-SALES_ORG
LS_CRM_ORGMAN_6_TUPLE-SALES_OFFICE
LS_CRM_ORGMAN_6_TUPLE-SALES_GROUP
LS_CRM_ORGMAN_6_TUPLE-DIS_CHANNEL
LS_CRM_ORGMAN_6_TUPLE-DIVISION
LS_CRM_ORGMAN_6_TUPLE-SALES_ORG_RESP
This can be done following this path in SPRO: CRM -> Master Data -> Organizational Management -> Organizational Model -> Change Organizational Model.
If the issue still persist, you can put breakpoints to see when the error message CRM_ORGMAN 022 is raised and analyze the callstack.
