Kindly I need to know if their is any option to copy a WBS with activities from a project to a new project with their user status

Short answer is NO. When you copy a project it gets initial user status in its status profile.

Any of structure report can fulfill your requirement so execute CNS41 report here you can get project wbs and network even activity so export data after execute the report.
