Hi All,

In PI 7.4 dual stack I am trying to create an direct connection. After activating web service communication channel it is not updating the cache in PI. The status is 'cache update started'. SXI_CACHE also going into obsolete status. Any pointer will be really helpful.

Hello,

please go to transaction sxi_cache --> Runtime Cache --> Display Refres Error.

Are here some details of the error? When yes, please post a screensot.

You can also check transaction SXI_CACHE_CONFIG and transaction SM21 (systemlog).

Hi,

No error log has been captured in SXI_CACHE.

In SM21:

Hi Soumyadip,

you have a dump in transaction ST22, please post this dump. One table has an invalid index.

Hello Soumyadip,

this note describes exactly your problem. Please make sure, that this note is correctly implemeted. When it is, please restart the complete system. If the error still exists, I think you have to create a call directly by SAP.

You can also check transaction ST22, SM21, SXI_CACHE, SXI_CACHE_CONFIG, etc. and make some screenshots. Perhaps we notice something on the screenshots and have an idea for the solution.

regards,

Benedikt
